booking policy

A € 53 deposit (non-refundable) is required within 2hours after booking to confirm your appointment. This amount comes out of the total cost of your service.

You will usually be redirected to pay via PayPal, and/or any other acceptable payment options.

NOTE:

Please note for PayPal payment the booking fee of €53 includes paypal service fee, therefore your deposit will be €50.

You can also transfer the deposit manually, using our details provided if you select to 'pay manually"

Details of your appointment will be send via email, whatsapp or sms.

To Reschedule or Cancel Appointment

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact hairbyrosie to do so at least 24 hours earlier and I will gladly reschedule you. Just communicate with me.

Please take note, that not showing up to your appointment or not cancelling on time, will attract a 70% fee of the chosen hair style.
